      Fee Regulations

    1. Duly filled & signed Challans in triplicate are to be presented at the time of payment of the fee.

    2. Fees may be deposited in the School Office / HDFC Bank Ltd, Phalodi Branch in the mode of Cash/ (Local Cheque/ Demand Daft in the name of St. Paul’s School, Phalodi).

    3. Fees will be applicable for the Academic Session beginning from April, and will be collected in Eight Installments i.e. (April, July, September, October, November, December, January and February).

    4. Fees will be collected from the 1st working day to the last working day of the month in which the particular Installment is being paid.

    5. The students whose fees are not paid within the stipulated period will be charged a fine of Rs. 100 per month.

    6. Fee collection counter in the bank will be open in all the working days from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

    7. If your cheque is returned unpaid, a penalty of Rs. 200/- will be charged each time.

    8. For all future queries related to fee, It is mandatory to produce the parent’s copy of the fee receipt.

    9. You are free to deposit the whole session fee in the beginning of the session

    10. No reduction whatsoever. No caution money and no development fee is charged.
